The history of Calpeda Iberica starts in November of 2004 in Cerdanyola del Vallès, a small city near Barcelona. Calpeda Iberica was founded in the last phase of the golden period of the Spanish economy. Unfortunately, the crisis began a pair of years after and interrupted the initial plans of the subsidiary. Today the situation is clearly improving and the sales are recovering and growing again.
This growth is based on three basic pillars: the quality of the division’s service, the delivery efficiency and the quality of Calpeda’s products. These aspects strengthen and maintain the confidence of the customers towards Calpeda Iberica and bring the division to a winning position inside the Spanish market.
Calpeda Iberica has seven locations on the territory to be closer to the customers:
• Galicia (North-west);
• Madrid (Center);
• Catalunya (East);
• Levante (Mediterranean area);
• Balearic Islands;
• Andalucia (South);
• Aragon and Basque Country.
